The Lipstick Tag
May 20, 2014I've seen this tag floating around for quite some time now, and as i've been a little stuck for post ideas I thought why not do a tag, that not only i'll enjoy but you guys could too!
1. How many lipsticks do you own?
Now I didn't know if this meant purely lipsticks, or whether to include lip crayons, liquid lipsticks etc, but I own around 25 lipsticks not including the ones that are in bags or lying around the house.
2. What was your first ever lipstick?
I think my first lipstick was Rimmel Vintage Pink, which is basically a your lips but better colour and I still use it every now and then if I want a really neutral lip.
3. What is your favourite lipstick brand?
Now this one I struggled with, seeing as I own the most MAC lipsticks out of all the lipsticks I have, I guess MAC is my favourite, but I also really like the CK Lipsticks and the Illasmasqua Lipsticks also.
4. What is your most worn lipstick(s)?
This was also a difficult one as I wear so many different lip products, but my most worn i've managed to narrow down to three. MAC Rebel, MAC Plumful and CK Fusion.
5. What is your favourite finish of lipstick?
Now I didn't know about lipstick finishes until I got into blogging, which is where I discovered that I hate matte formula's with a passion. My favourite finishes have to be either Satin or the MAC Amplified as they aren't too drying.
6. Last lipstick you bought?
I actually bought three, MAC Plumful, MAC Lustering and Illasmasqua Glissade.
7. How many lip products do you have in your bag?
At the moment four, MAC Plumful, MAC Lustering, Revlon 'Raspberry Pie' Lip Butter and my trusty Nivea Lip Butter.
8. What is your favourite red?
I'm not a big red lip kinda' gal, but if I do want a red lip i'll usually opt for one of my lip crayons. The ones i'm loving is the Revlon Colour Burst 'Striking Spectacular' Matte Balm or the Bourjois Colour Boost 'Red Sunrise' Lip Crayon. If I want a more bold red lip, then i'll go for the Yves Rocher 'Framboise' Lipstick.
9. How do you store your lipsticks?
At the moment in my Ikea drawer system, but i'm hoping to switch to Muji storage over the coming months.
10. Currently lusting after?
To be honest i'm not really lusting after any which is a shocker, but I haven't really been browsing as I have no money but knowing me i'll find something soon.
So that is my take on The Lipstick Tag. I don't know who has or hasn't done this tag so I tag everyone and anyone who wants to do it.

Love this and agree, I don't know that MAC is my fave but I definitely own the more than any other except maybe Bite Beauty at this point which is probably my favorite actually.
