Trend: Neon Statement Jewellery

Lately I have been noticing more and more how neon is creeping back into fashion but in ways that I think a lot more of us would actually wear and be able to pull off and that is within statement jewellery pieces. As you all know I love my statement necklaces and I've been looking for a few new pieces to pick up when my loan comes in and i've come across so many pieces with small hints of neon that I've kind of grown to love the idea of adding colour to an outfit in a completely different way.

I thought I'd make a little mood board/wish list of a few pieces that I really like and to give you some ideas if you were looking to get in on this trend. Even though a few of these pieces are on the pricey side, in my eyes they would be investment pieces that you could add to your collection.

Out of all the pieces on this mood board/wish list I would definitely consider buying the following:
1. I love the look of this necklace from Topshop as it is a different take on the spike trend that has been with us for the past year or so and with the neon yellow hints I think this would look so cute with a soft knit jumper or a blouse. Even though this piece is quite pricey, it's so on trend and perfect for pulling off this trend.
5. This piece from Newlook I find totally cute and I love the use of both pink and orange together. I think this would look so cute with a plain tee and skater skirt to add a pop of colour whilst still look fab.
6. This necklace from Topshop is a more subtle way off adding neon to a piece of jewellery which again I think will work really well to add a pop of colour to a very minimal or simplistic outfit.

      I think the Topshop one is a more subtle way of pulling off this trend but its still really pretty! xx

    i love statemnet necklaces and the neon ones are my way of rocking the neon trend. they look so good with simple black or white stuff.
