New In: Claudia Louch

March 13, 2015

I'm always interested in trying out brands, especially those that i've not heard of before or tried out products previously. So when I was introduced to Claudia Louch, I wanted to see what all the fuss was about, especially with the founder being a dermatologist herself and all of the products being 100% natural, you already know you're going to get something good from the brand.
I'd previously heard of Claudia Louch through her botanical skincare line, but having never tried any of those products I didn't really know what to expect, so when I was contacted to try out some of the Claudia Louch Natural Skin Clinic Makeup I was intrigued to see what it was all about. As I mentioned, Claudia herself is a well known Dermatologist and has taken her knowledge for all things skin and applied it to her skincare and makeup products, and knowing that she has the knowledge somewhat makes you feel more confident in the products.

The Flawless Finish Liquid Face Makeup* (£52.50) is a lovely lightweight foundation that gives a light to medium coverage, but the best thing is that this foundation is targeted towards prevent blemishes with both vitamin E and wheat germ within it's formula. The foundation itself is a lovely consistency and blends so well onto the skin, without any streaks or cakiness but also hides any imperfections really well. Unfortunately the shade that I have is a little too dark for my skin, but during the summer months I can see this coming in so handy as I do love a good fake tan during the summer.

The Intense Lash Mascara* (£23) is probably the first natural mascara that i've ever owned and i'm always keen to try out new mascaras. What is also great is that this is aimed at eyes that are often dry or irritable, as I often find that some products can really irritate my eyes. I've found this mascara is actually really good and gives my lashes a good amount of curl and length to them, which is great for an everyday basis. The wand is also really good as I find it coats the lashes really well and even gets to the smaller lashes that I find other mascaras often miss.

Overall i'm really impressed with the makeup range from Claudia Louch and I can't wait to try out more from her range, especially the skincare products, as you all know I love my skincare!

Have you tried out any products from Claudia Louch?
