A recent favourite of mine is their Whipped Clean Shower Butter (£7) which I use mainly as a shaving cream, as it lathers really well but leaves your legs feeling so soft after shaving, rather than dry and stripped. It also smells just like whipped cream, and is a scent that i've never really experienced before but it is lovely! It's also great as an in shower moisturiser if you're in a bit of a rush and won't have time to moisturise after showering.

When it comes to their body washes, i'm a big fan of the citrusy zesty scents and their recent addition the Orangeasm Body Wash (£6.50) is lovely. It's a really zingy orange scent that just smells incredible and the scent lingers all throughout the day. I just wish they did a body scrub in this scent! I also love their Sugar Crush Body Wash (£6.50), again this one is quite zingy as it smells of crushed sugar and lime, which is an odd but lovely combination. Again this scent lingers on the skin and I always get excited when I crack open another one of these, as i've gone through so many. I also love the packaging of this one, it's just so bright and pretty! 

Lastly is the Sugar Crush Body Scrub (£8), which is the only scrub that I have tried from their range but if you try only one, you've got to try this one. It smells just like the body wash, only a lot more zingy and refreshing. It looks and smells just like crushed brown sugar, but is also a great body scrub as it leaves the skin feeling so soft and smelling amazing. I've gone through a fair few of these and I always have a back up as I can't stand to be without it.

As I blog on a daily basis (or try to at least), I find that organising myself really does benefit me as it allows me to get ahead of myself, whilst also giving my brain a bit of a break from thinking. Up until recently I didn't really organise myself all that much, i'd schedule a few posts here and there if/when i'd have a day off but a lot of the time i'd leave it until the day of to get a blog post up and photographs taken. There is nothing wrong with that, as I still do this occasionally, but I always found i'd worry that I hadn't got any written or how i'd find time to get another post up - worrying doesn't do me or anyone any good, so i've taken it upon myself to pretty much force myself to organise my time/blogging schedule and here is how I do it.

1. Lists and lots of them - This is such a clique thing amongst us bloggers, but I find lists to be so helpful when it comes to jotting down ideas for posts. Usually i'll sit down on a Sunday (or when I can) and just jot down all of the ideas i've had that week, and also scroll through my bloglovin' feed to see if I can spark any inspiration for posts. I find it be really helpful because I can then refer back to these lists, rather than having to rack my brain and it just saves a lot of time in the long run.

2. Plan ahead/schedule posts - Following on from the lists, I then usually expand and plan exactly what blog posts I want to get up that week and which days I want to post them on and this then allows me to get started with my schedule of when I can get them written and when I can get photographs taken. Also this is where scheduling posts comes in handy as it allows you to get ahead of yourself. If I have a free evening i'll attempt to get at least the writing side of the posts put together and then the following day i'll take advantage of the good light and get a batch of blog photos taken or vice versa, just use your time effectively.

3. Stationary - Us bloggers love a good bit of stationary don't we?! I sure do and it sounds really silly but stationary just makes me want to stay organised, especially if it's new and has a pretty design on the front. Some of favourite places to look for stationary are Paperchase, as they have so many pretty designs and I also love my Emma Bridgewater Notebook as it's great for jotting things down in, and it's the perfect size to take everywhere with me. 

4.  Computer files, keep it simple - This relates to my Macbook, which isn't the most organised may I say as i'm not one of those bloggers that has folders on folders of images, i'd just get confused so I keep it simple. I have one folder called 'Blog' and then within that folder I have another folder that for now is called 'A' (don't ask, I don't know obviously was having a PLL day) and then a bunch of misc. images. Within the 'A' folder, this is where all of images go after I import them through iPhoto, I then edit the pictures, save them, and then delete any unedited images - your images are in one place, easy to find and just simple as can be.

5. Declutter your space - I often find that if my desk area is a mess, then I cannot concentrate for the life of me, which then puts me off track and my organisation goes out the window. I find the best thing to do, before you even think about sitting down is to just clear out any crap that is going to distract you, whether that means throwing it on the floor then so be it.

I wrote this post whilst admiring these pretty roses Mum had bought herself this morning, whilst also chowing down on a seriously delicious breakfast that I made myself - crumpets are the best things ever, am I right?! 

I skipped the gym today as i'm just not in the right mind frame, but i've really been pushing myself to go this week and so far i'm really enjoying it. Oh, and I did make the move by switching to a different gym and so far i'm enjoying it a lot more, as you get a lot more freedom without the intimidation of the weights area and it's a lot more affordable that the gym I was previously at, which my bank balance is liking, a lot!

I mentioned in my Year in Review post that I had bagged myself a little internship at etailPR, which I started at on Tuesday this week and I had the best day in a long time. Everyone within the office made me feel so welcome and to be helping them on their Blogger Network is such a great opportunity and one that i'm really enjoying so far. I'm only doing one day a week at the minute, but i'm already learning a lot and I can't wait to see what this may lead to in the future.

Now onto the blog, and you may have seen that I have made the move over to my own domain! It was stressful, i'm not going to lie as I thought i'd completely lost my blog at one point, but luckily it sorted itself out and styleandsplurging.com is here to stay! I've still got a few things to sort out, as the majority of my comments have gone and a few things aren't working, but bear with. Also i'm in talks with the lovely Charlee from CharmedCharlee about a new blog design, which she has been so helpful with and I can't wait for it to go live. It'll probably be up beginning of February, but I thought i'd let you guys know that it's in the pipeline and I can't wait for you all to see it.

I think that is everything that I need to update you guys on and i'm going to spend today attempting to get some posts scheduled, but I do have a few days off next week also where I can work on posts.

I'm a huge sucker for Nars as they are still one of my favourite high end beauty brands, but as I missed out on their last Narsissist Palette i've now set my sights on their latest release, the Nars Narsissist Dual Intensity Eyeshadow Palette ($79). I'm not entirely sure if this is available in the UK as of yet, but if/when it does I will be rushing out to get this. The shades in this palette are perfect for me as I would wear pretty much all of these shades and apparently the pigmentation of these shadows is amazing! Another product from Nars is their Audacious 'Charlotte' Lipstick (£24) and the only reason I want this is because it's called Charlotte. I also really like the look of this shade and from the swatches i've seen, it is definitely one i'd love!

Moving on Charlotte Tilbury and boy did her products get a lot of blogger loving last year, so much that I think it left us all lusting after her products. First up is the Film Star Bronze & Glow (£49) which is just beautiful. Not only is the packaging absolutely stunning, but the shades look like they'd suit any skin tone and if this doesn't make me look flawless I don't know what will. Next up is the The Golden Godess Luxury Eyeshadow Palette (£38) and this is just beautiful. Again all of the shades in this palette are absolutely stunning and that packaging - wow! Lastly from Charlotte Tilbury is the Matte Revolution 'Glastonberry' Lipstick (£) which literally exploded onto the blogger scene with so many rave reviews, so of course i'm going to want to try it. I love a good berry shade and i'm slowly warming to matte formulas and again that gold packaging is to die for!

Continuing with beautiful gold hardware, the Zoeva Rose Golden Luxury Set (£55) has had a place in my heart for s very long time. That rose gold hardware just makes me drool and those brushes look absolutely stunning. Again the rave reviews have made me want this set even more and if these brushes are as soft as everyone claims, then i'm going to be very impressed! The last product on my list is the Origins Make A Difference Night (£34.50) as my skin has been so dry lately that I need something to really sort that out and this overnight repair cream sounds like it would work a treat.
