Festival Beauty Essentials
August 13, 2014Now I know festival season is in full swing, but as some of you may know i'm going to V Festival this weekend and I thought i'd share the beauty essentials that i'll be taking in order to make me look and feel as human as possible.
I've tried to keep it as simple as I possibly can and i've really narrowed it down to the products that I know I am going to need.
Starting with an obvious one here but deodorant is something I will need and i've opted for my trusty Sure Crystal Invisible and i've picked up one of the compressed ones just so it takes up less room than a huge bottle. Another obvious one with wet wipes and I just picked up some Johnsons Baby Wipes as they are cheaper than normal face wipes.
I've tried to take a few minis with me starting with the Balance Me Radiance Face Oil, which seems like something I won't need but I know my skin is going to get quite dry and i'll need something to soothe it. I've also dug out a mini Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish so that I can actually attempt to remove my makeup. I'm also taking a muslin cloth, so I can just wet it to remove my makeup. As i'm probably not going to be able have a proper shower the entire weekend, I still want the option to somehow wash myself so i've thrown in a mini Wilko Fruity Berry Shower Gel and i'll probably take a small hand towel or something. Last of the minis and i'm going to need some sort of moisturiser but I didn't want to take any of my others incase I lost them so the Embryolisse Lait-Creme Concentre is coming with me, which is just a nourishing moisturiser
I'm also throwing in my Garnier Micellar Water as incase, I want to make sure my face is clean and i'm not letting a festival stop me haha! Lastly, but probably the biggest necessity of the entire weekend, dry shampoo! I've just gone for my trusty Batiste Tropical Dry Shampoo, so I can give my hair a quick refresh if needed.
Are you going to a festival this summer? Is there anything else I should take?

The Garnier Micellar water and Batiste dry shampoo are two things I'm obsessed with! I definitely wouldn't be able to leave without them either.
