If you saw my post a couple of weeks ago, I posted up a Lush shopping list of all of the products that i'd been eying up recently but I hadn't made any purchases due to being on a bit of a spending ban. Of course than went out the window once I knew I was going to this event, and so did my shopping list as I only purchased one thing from said shopping list but i'm really excited to try every single one of these products, and no doubt i'll be buying more in the run up to Christmas!

For me the bubblebars are my favourite products from Lush because you can get a lot of use out of them, and they all smell incredible! The one and only thing from my shopping list that I picked up was the Bubble Spinner (£4.95) purely because the concept behind this is so fun and i'm really excited to try this out just for fun element to it! Another bubblebar I picked up (and got gifted, so I have two yay!) is the My Two Front Teeth (£3.95) which sounded like such an odd name to me before I was informed it's inspired by the tooth fairy, but none the less I picked this up purely for the scent as it smells so good! It has a lovely mix of lavender with tonka, and also neroli and vanilla which all mixed together smell amazing!

One thing that Lush have brought out recently is their packaging-less products, I know mind blown right?! Whilst at the event one of the Lush girls told me that all of these products are 25p cheaper than the packaged versions, and essentially you get more product out of them because they contain less water. Absolute geniuses in my opinion! In my goody bag they very kindly gifted me the Berry Berry Christmas Naked Showergel* (£11.75) which I didn't actually see in store but it smells absolutely incredible! Think berries and citrus, and thats the scent right there! I haven't used this as of yet, but i'm so excited to and i'll definitely report back!

Finally I seem to have gone a bit ham on the bath bombs, which is very unlike me but they have so many good ones in at the moment! One that I just had to pick up after seeing it's demo was the Christmas Sweater Bath Bomb (£4.50) because, I mean just look at it! It is just Christmas in the form of a bath bomb, even the scent is Christmas spice and I just love it! Another that I picked up purely for the scent was the Sherbet Dip Bath Bomb (£3.75) because it smells just like sherbet and I loved that stuff as a child! I'm really intrigued to see what this is like as I didn't see a demo of this, and i'm pretty sure it has a surprise inside!

The fast few bits in my goodie bag that i'm really excited to try included the Thundersnow Bath Bomb* (£4.50) which sounds like the perfect bath bomb to get my relaxation on with as it contains peppermint and cocoa! Also, finally in my goodie bag was the Hidden Mountain Soap* (£7.50) which smells very fresh and outdoorsy, so I can see myself liking this as I love a soap that smells fresh!

So that is everything from my recent little Lush splurge, and i'm so excited to try out all of the new products! No doubt i'll be buying more, because some of the new products sound amazing (especially the jelly bomb bath bombs, I mean what?!)!

Finally the one thing that impressed the most out of Lush's latest releases has got to be their naked products. If you haven't seen, Lush have now started selling products that contain no packaging, yes no packaging, which is incredible if you ask me! Also what makes these products even more buyable is that they are 25p cheaper than the packaged versions of their products, and you get a lot more use out of the products because they contain a hella lot less water, meaning you're not wasting product. From the event I came away with the Berry Berry Christmas Naked Showergel* (£11.75) which smells absolutely incredible and I can't wait to start using this! I also will be sure to pick up a few more of their naked products in the coming months before they steal Snow Fairy away from us again, as I absolutely love the concept and after having them demo'd on my skin it definitely has impressed me to want to get more involved in using less packaging!

So that is a little look at my first ever Lush event, of which was everything I had hoped for and more! If you do ever get the chance to attend an event, make sure you go and get as much out of it as you can because I learnt so much, and i'm now officially obsessed with Lush again! I also have a haul coming on Friday, so watch out for that!

Have you attended a Lush event before?

Lush, oh Lush why do you have to drop a new collection right when i'm trying to save as much money as I can?! After reading Makeup Savvy's recent post and 'oohing' over all the Lush bits, I too thought i'd pull together a Lush shopping list of all the Lush bits I want in my life, but currently am resisting purchasing!

A few weeks back I saw a few of my fellow blogging gals at the Plymouth Lush store preview night and oh my god was I awe at the new products that were being demoed. It's definitely safe to say that as soon as the Lush Halloween and Christmas collections launch online then that means autumn winter has arrived and it happening.

One product i've wanted to try for an absolute age is the Sleepy Body Lotion (£7.95) purely because every blogger on the planet has raved about how much they love this body lotion. Now i'm typically not a body lotion kind of gal, but having given this a sniff when I was last in Lush I knew that i'd love this. With my skin getting somewhat dry during the winter months I already know that applying this to those dry areas will be an absolute saviour! Another body product that caught my eye whilst browsing their website is their Cup O' Coffee Face & Body Mask (£7.25) even tho I am not a huge fan of coffee, I know this will work wonders on a hangover when my skin is in need of a big pick me up!

Another product launch that got me excited and intrigued is their hair oil treatments and one that caught my eye is their Hair Doctor Hair Oil Treatment (£6.50) as it is said to revive the hair and the scalp to ensure shine and softness. As I always say, my hair is quite damaged so i'm always wanting to try out new products to help revive my hair condition, and not having ever tried any hair products from Lush i'm intrigued to see how these work. 

A cult favourite of mine and every Lush customer on the planet is the Snow Fairy scent and this year it seems that Lush have taken it one step further and have made this as eco friendly as possible by totally getting rid of the packaging.. interesting. The Snow Fairy Naked Body Conditioner (£8.25) essentially works by wetting the solid block and rubbing it all over your body. I'm so intrigued to see how these work, and i'm loving how Lush really take being as eco friendly as possible so seriously! 

Lastly I couldn't not include a couple of bath products that i'm really intrigued by, as Lush are always pushing the boundaries and making new, exciting products! The one product that instantly caught my eye is their Bubble Spinner (£4.95) which essentially is the Lush version of the fidget spinners that have been an absolute rage this summer just gone, and this just instantly excited me! Finally we have the Rocket Science Bath Bomb (£2.95), which just looks so cool and I'm always intrigued to see what new bath bombs they bring out!

What Lush products are you excited to try out?

I always love popping into my local store as the sales assistants are always so lovely and helpful whenever I pay a visit. I was so surprised with how many new products they have released this year, so much so that I had to stop myself from spending anymore money, but i'm so excited to try out all of the bits that I picked up.

Starting off with the Mother's day collection I decided to pick up a few bits for my Mum as I absolutely love Lush and I thought it was about time I introduced my Mum to the world of amazing baths! I of course had to pick up the Mum Bath Bomb (£2.95) purely because of how cute it is! I also really like the scent of this with mixes of lemon and orange, and I thought my Mum would too! Also for my Mum I picked up the Baa Bar Bubble Bar (£3.95) as I love a good bubblebar and the scent of this was so lovely, and it instantly smelt like something my Mum would love! Hopefully she likes these products and gives her an excuse to have a well deserved pamper evening.

Moving on from the bits I picked up for my Mum for Mother's day, but I did pick up one more product from the Mother's day range which is the Elsie The Giraffe (You're Havin' a Bath) Bubble Bar (£6.95) as it was too adorable to not pick up. This year Lush have continued with their bubblebar wand products but this is the first that i've seen with a dual ended product, and I just absolutely loved the concept. I also absolutely love the citrus scent to this, as i'm a sucker for anything citrus so I can't wait to use this! 

Moving onto the bath bomb that I picked up from the Easter collection, and it didn't seem right to not pick up a bath bomb that resembled an easter egg. I decided on the Which Came First? Bath Bomb (£6.95), which I was totally sold on for it's citrusy scent and also just how cute it looks! The other bath bomb I decided on was the Over & Over Bath Bomb (£4.25) which they brought in for Valentines, and then added into their permanent line as it was so popular! What I love is that it has two sides to it, with the orange side being a wax that melts in the bath leaving your skin feeling so soft!

Have you picked up anything from their latest releases?

From my experience of Valentines days over the years where I have been in a relationship, they are a bit over rated but it is nice to have a day to somewhat cherish your special person and although I wasn't big on presents, it's still nice to get your loved one a little something! 

One of my personal favourite gifts to receive is perfume, because it's not something that I particularly buy for myself unless i'm travelling and I have some spending money left over to spend in duty free. A firm fragrance favourite of mine, of which I rave about time and time again is Paco Rabanne Olympea Eau de Parfum (£40), which is such a lovely feminine and sexy fragrance that boasts notes of ginger lily and salted vanilla. I've personally been wearing this perfume for a fair few years now and is one I always go back to, as I get so many compliments on how lovely this smells. Another scent that my Mum personally loves is the DKNY scents, and a recent gift set that caught my eye mainly because it was really affordable was the DKNY Be Tempted Eau de Parfum Gift Set (£29.99) which contains a 50ml of the fragrance and a body lotion. This scent again is similar in the sense that it boasts a feminine yet sexy fragrance but is a more fruity scent with notes of black currant, as apposed to a floral scent.

If like me your other half loves a good bath, then they'll definitely love an item or two from the Lush Valentines collection, and you could always enjoy using some of these products together (as we all know you guys enjoy a good soak in the bath from time to time). I recently popped into my local Lush and picked up a few bits from their latest Valentines collection which I posted about in my recent Lush Haul. A few favourites of mine, that I know any girls who love their baths will love are, the Cupid Bathbomb (£2.95) and the Lovestruck Bubblebar (£4.25), which are the cutest bath products i've ever seen. Another bath bomb that is guaranteed to give some of that wow factor on valentines is the Rose Bombshell Bath Bomb (£4.25), mainly because it leaves rose petals in your bath whilst the bath bomb fizzes away, which sounds absolutely incredible and overly romantic! 

These last few things can often go hand in hand in some instances, depending on what you like to do in the bedroom but you can't beat some sexy underwear, a beautifully scented candle to set the mood and some delicious chocolate! Whilst recently browsing my local Primark's underwear section I found that they had some cute triangle bralette sets, and I picked up this beautiful Floral Triangle Bra (£8), which I just couldn't not pick up. It also came with a matching brief but I thought that I could pair this easily with a pair of black lace brief's instead. A recent addition to my candle collection (yes I have enough candles to warrant a collection) is the Kate Spade White Willow Scented Candle* (£42), which has got to be the most beautiful candle known to man. I absolutely adore the china design, with the spots and the beautiful gold writing. If a loved one of yours loves their candles, but is also a massive Kate Spade fan then this candle would be the perfect gift for them this valentines. As for chocolate, I grabbed some left over chocolate I had from Christmas for the purposes of this post but you can't not beat a Large Galaxy Bar (£2)!

Over the past week or so i've seen so many blog post and youtube videos all about the new Halloween and Christmas products that have recently launched in Lush stores across the country, so on Sunday I popped down to my local Worcester Lush store to see what was on offer. My local store has the best team of staff as they are all so lovely and are always so happy to help, whether it be demo'ing products for you or just telling you their favourites, they always cheer me up! I decided to pick up products that i've never tried before, as I still have plenty of products from last year in my stash including my 1L bottle of Snow Fairy and plenty of Christmasy bits to work my way through, and I wanted to steer away from the same old products.

Whilst browsing around my local store it became evident that a few of the new Halloween products had actually sold out, so I knew that I wanted to try and get my hands on the Halloween products I wanted as I knew the Christmas products would be in store for a few months to come. The first product I picked up which is a new product for this year was the Autumn Leaves Bath Bomb (£3.75) and I knew I wanted to pick this up after seeing a fair few bloggers hauling it also. For me it is everything Autumn is about, when the leaves start falling off the trees and I love the idea behind this bath bomb. The scent of this is again reminds me of Autumn as it has a very earthy wintery scent to it, that is also somewhat sweet and is very different to any of their other bath bombs that I have tried, so i'm excited to try this one.

The next two products aren't new releases but are ones I don't think i've tried before, but have wanted to for quite some time now! With it being Halloween I couldn't not pick up one of the pumpkin themed products and I opted for the Sparkly Pumpkin Bubblebar (£3.95) as it just looked so cute! I'm not the biggest fan of the products that are covered in glitter, mainly because they are pain to clean out of your bath but when it's once in a blue moon I thought I could let this one slide. I was quite intrigued with the scent of this one as it is quite a citrus scent and I love anything lemon or lime, so i'm excited to see how this works and hopefully I won't come out covered in glitter! The last item from the Halloween collection is the Northern Lights Bath Bomb (£3.95), which I have just realised I have tried before but they have changed the design of this product from last year and I think it was for the best. I absolutely loved this product last year as it was big enough to get two uses out of and it still probably is, but I just love how this turns your bath into what you'd imagine the northern lights to look like! I'm so glad they brought this back this year as it's such a great product!

The last product I picked up purely because on of the lovely shop assistants was demo'ing it at the time is the Mistletoe Bath Bomb (£4.25), which is a new addition into the Christmas range for this year. I just loved the pastel pinks and blues that it created within the water, and it looked so different to any of the other Christmas products so I just had to get it. This bath bomb has a lovely festive floral scent to it that I just love, as i'm a big fan of floral scents in general so adding a festive touch to it sold it even more to me.

So that is everything I picked up from Lush's new collections and no doubt i'll be treating myself to a few more bits over the coming months in the run up to Christmas!

Lush is definitely one of my favourite brands for all things pampering as there is nothing more that I love than having myself a relaxing evening with a bath, a massive carb filled meal and catching up on PLL! Having said that, it's not something that occurs regularly so I definitely enjoy it a lot more when I get the chance and it means I can try out a few Lush products in order to make up for lost time! I thought i'd finally share a few of my favourites, that you definitely need to try if you haven't already.

One thing you'll notice is that all of my favourite Lush products have one thing in common, they are all pink! Definitely a coincidence but there is nothing better than a pink glittery bath - am I right, or am I right? A long term favourite of mine is the Sex Bomb Bath Bomb (£3.50), which I think was the first ever bath bomb that I tried from Lush and a fair few years on I still love it as much as I did then! Although it doesn't make the most crazy patterns in the bath, it makes your bath smell amazing and it really helps me to unwind as this bath bomb is designed to help you destress with it's jasmine and ylang ylang scent. Another product i've been loving recently to help me unwind and destress is the new Melting Marshmallow Moment Bath Oil (£2), which really helps to calm my skin and leaving it feeling uh-mazing! 

A recent bath bomb discovery came from one of my birthday gifts, which is the Sakura Bath Bomb (£3.50). I'd never tried this bath bomb previously, mainly because it doesn't look as exciting, however it's a lovely bath bomb to make you feel fresh and calming. It has a lovely spring scent to it that is totally different to the usual sweetie smelling bath bombs and it's nice to have a burst of freshness. Another recent love from Lush is their Fluffy Egg Bathbomb (£2.95), which I believe is a limited edition Easter product however I have used a good few of these over the past few months! I'm pretty sure this has the snow fairy scent or one very similar, which is my favourite scent of all time from Lush!

Moving onto my favourite bubblebars, which I do have a somewhat love hate relationship with as I love the concept of them however I just find them so messy to store once you've used a portion of them. Anywho, my all time favourite is of course the Comforter Bubblebar (£4.95), but i'm actually all out of that at the moment and as I have so many to use it has allowed to find some new favourites! One of thise has got to be the Rosejam Bubbleroon (£3.95), which again i'd not tried at all and as i'm not a huge fan of the scent of the shower gel I doubted i'd like this but I actually love it! It creates a lovely amount of bubbles and also further turns your bath even more pink, which all in all is enough to cheer anyone up. Lastly is another discovery of the past year or so, and this is the Cream Candy Bubblebar (£2.95), which I buy purely for the snow fairy scent. Lush are quite sneaky with that, but if it means getting my snow fairy fix some way then let this be it!

What are your favourite Lush products?

Kicking things off with a product that I think every beauty blogger has tried at least once, and this The Comforter (£4.75), which is one of my favourite bubble bars for their range. You probably already know how to use a bubble bar, but you basically crumble part of it under running water to create bubbles. I love the scent of this one and I like that you can get more than one use out of it.

One of my favourites from their Christmas range this year has to be the Dashing Santa, which smells incredible, quite zesty which was unexpected but I fell in love with it and i've gone through three so far! Another favourite from their Christmas range has to be Candy Mountain Bubble Bar, and again I love the scent of this one, as it smells just like Snow Fairy another favourite of mine (but I forgot to photograph it). I hope they bring both of these back next Christmas as I like them a lot! 

Next up is from their Valentines range, and this one is actually from last year so I was really happy to see that it has returned this year! The Love Locket (£6.95) is the cutest thing ever, as you break it up to reveal another mini heart inside - such a clever idea! I've gotten a fair few uses out of this as it is quite big and it fills your bath with lots of little glittery hearts, how romantic! 

Last from the image above we have the Magic Wand, another from their Christmas range. I can't remember if they brought it back this year, but I love the idea of swirling this in your bath and creating loads of bubbles. Mine is slowly on it's way out, but i've kept it going for quite a while now, and again another that smells just like Snow Fairy! 

A few more of my favourites include: Avobath (£3.35), Dragons Egg (£3.35) and the Luxury Lush Pud.

This year Lush have bought back some cult classics such as Snow Fairy and Candy Mountain, but they've also bought out some new products, which are the ones that really caught my eye. First off I was torn between the santa bath bombs as they both smelled amazing, but I ended up going for Dashing Santa (£2.95). This one smells so nice with its hint of orange scent and I thought he looked so cute, I can't wait to give this a go. 

Next I picked up the Northern Lights (£3.50), after seeing this on Lush's instagram I knew I had to pick it up! I love that this a different shape to their usual bath bombs and it's aimed towards bonfire night. I can't wait to have a relaxing purple bath with this one. It also smells amazing! Lastly I picked up the Luxury Lush Pud (£3.50) after not being able to get my hands on it last year and really regretting it. I'm not a huge fan of the smell, but it's not that strong so I can get past that, but I just thought it looked so frigging cute! 

I could of easily bought the entire Halloween/Christmas range but I'll pop them on my Christmas list and hope Santa brings them to me. I also wanted to say that the girls in my local Lush store were absolutely lovely and really cheered me up, asking me all sorts about my blog and also giving me a few haircare samples to try out. So a big thank you to the Worcester Lush store for making my day!

Have you picked up any of the new Lush products?

The Lush Bubblegum Lip Scrub is like most lip scrubs, designed to remove any dead skin from the lips surface leaving your lips feeling moisturised and smooth but in true Lush fashion they had to whack a lovely scent in the formula.

I've been loving using this product this month as I suffer from very dry skin on my lips, which makes wearing lipsticks and other lip products a right pain as the dry skin on my lips is quite visible especially when wearing lipstick. I've been applying this 2-3 times a week, for the past couple of weeks buffing the scrub into my lips to loosen and remove the dry skin from the surface. I do this for about a minute and lick the excess off my lips as you can eat this stuff. It leaves my lips feeling quite smooth, but I do find that because it is basically removing the dry skin from my lips that it's left my lips feeling a little tender and sore for about an hour but popping some lip balm on helps soothe.

All in all i'm pretty impressed with the lip scrub, but after i've used this one up I doubt i'll buy another right away and maybe give some other lip scrubs a go.
