This Week I #11

March 02, 2014

This week has flown by, probably because i've actually been out of the house quite a bit this week rather than just lazying around at home. I've also had work a few times this week, which took some spare time off my hands and took my mind off all the uni work i've got to do over the next 3 months!

Saw Beyonce! - As I mentioned in last weeks post, I was seeing Beyonce on Monday and oh my god, that women knows how to put on a show! I sang at the top of my lungs and gave everyone on my snapchat a free viewing of the gig!
Discovered my love for pesto pasta - As a true student that I am, I love pasta but the past few weeks i've been declining the tomato pasta sauces for some pesto and chorizo. Sounds odd but it tastes sooo good!
Took advantage of the Boots 3for2 offer - As I am rapidly using up my Bioderma, I wanted to purchase some more purse friendly makeup removers and seeing as Boots have currently got a 3for2 offer on at the moment I thought why not. Unfortunately the Garnier Micellar Water was sold out :(
Cracked on with uni work - I found out on tuesday that my dissertation deadline had been extended until the end of April which has made my week! This meant that I was able to focus a bit more on my final major project this week especially as I have an mid project deadline next week, but luckily none of the marks go towards anything.

What have you been up to this week?

  1. Just a small thing on reading the front of your 'concept' page - 'ideas' shouldn't have an apostrophe, as they are plural, not possessive. Having been penalised for silly spelling mistakes recently in a uni essay, I don't want other people to have the same 'doh' moment. :)

It's such a shame that the Garnier micellar water had sold out, I bought it recently and absolutely adore it! Before that I was an avid user of the L'Oreal version that you picked up though :)

Good luck with the uni work, I don't envy you!
